The Queensland Electrical Work Licence (often referred to as the QLD A-grade equivalent) is issued by the Electrical Safety Office (ESO) under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 and authorises the holder to perform electrical work on installations up to 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC. Distinct from the Electrical Contractor Licence which is required to run a business.
