Generators of clinical / related waste (medical centres, dental, tattoo, beauty salons offering needling, hospitals) must segregate clinical waste from general waste, contain in compliant yellow bins / sharps containers and use a licensed clinical waste contractor — under each state's Public Health and EPA Acts.
