Clean Energy Council (CEC) Installer Accreditation for grid-connect solar PV is the national scheme required for any installer claiming Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) under the Renewable Energy Target. Without CEC accreditation the customer cannot claim the STC rebate. Separate from the Designer accreditation (see id 1237).
