Form number: APVMA Permit (Off-Label / Minor Use / Emergency / Research)
The APVMA is the federal regulator for AgVet chemicals. Beyond standard registered-product use, the APVMA issues four permit types — Minor Use, Off-Label, Emergency Use and Research — that authorise application outside the registered label. Required when the registered label does not cover the crop, pest or rate the user needs.
