ACMA Open Cabler Registration (Telecommunications Cabling)

ACMA Open Cabler Registration is the broadest tier of the federal cabling-registration scheme and authorises the holder to install, maintain and remove customer cabling connected to the public telecommunications network (PSTN, NBN, mobile distribution). Open is required for unlimited-scope cabling work; Restricted, Lift, Coax and Optical Fibre are narrower endorsements (see id 1242).
