Workforce Australia — Employment Service Provider Referral
Workforce Australia is the federal employment services system that replaced jobactive on 4 July 2022. Most JobSeeker / Youth Allowance recipients with full mutual obligation requirements are referred to a Workforce Australia provider. Self-managed digital service is also available.
