WA Settlement Agent Licence (DMIRS)

Western Australia is the only Australian state to license a separate Settlement Agent — a non-lawyer professional authorised to conduct real estate and business settlements (the WA equivalent of a conveyancer). Issued under the Settlement Agents Act 1981 with a Diploma of Conveyancing pathway and trust account requirements.
