VIC Native Vegetation Removal Permit
In Victoria you usually need a planning permit from your local council to remove, lop or destroy native vegetation, under Clause 52.17 of the Victoria Planning Provisions. DEECA is the referral authority and the Native Vegetation Removal Regulations 2017 set the offset rules.
