Timber Harvesting Plan — Plantation on Private Land (VIC)
Before harvesting a plantation on private land in Victoria you must lodge a Timber Harvesting Plan with your local council under Section 4.5 of the Code of Practice for Timber Production 2014 (as amended 2022). Councils monitor Code compliance under Victorian planning schemes.
