VIC Medical Treatment Decision Maker Appointment
In Victoria the Medical Treatment Decision Maker (MTDM) is the person who makes medical treatment decisions for you if you lose decision-making capacity. This appointment is made under the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 (Vic) and replaces the older Medical Enduring Power of Attorney.
