VIC Licensed Vehicle Tester (LVT) — RWC Tester
A Licensed Vehicle Tester is the Victorian equivalent of an AIS Examiner — a workshop / individual licensed to issue Certificates of Roadworthiness. LVT licences are issued to a workshop with at least one nominated tester.
