Victoria — Motor Car Trader / Vehicle Tester Approval (CBAV / VicRoads)
Victoria does not licence general mechanical repair, but workshops that issue Certificates of Roadworthiness must be approved as a VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester (LVT), and those who buy/sell vehicles must register with Consumer Affairs as a Motor Car Trader.
