VIC Building Surveyor Registration (VBA)
A Building Surveyor in VIC issues building permits and certifies that building work complies with the Building Act 1993 (Vic). Different from a Land Surveyor — Building Surveyors certify construction, Land Surveyors mark land. Registration is via the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC).
