Trustee in Bankruptcy — Appointment & Queries
When you become bankrupt, a trustee is appointed to control your divisible assets, investigate your affairs, and pay creditors. By default this is the AFSA Official Trustee (free), but you can appoint a registered private trustee instead. Use this process to nominate, replace, or query the conduct of a trustee.
