SA Native Vegetation Council Application
Under the SA Native Vegetation Act 1991 you must apply to the Native Vegetation Council to clear native vegetation, including for fence-line clearing, infrastructure, dam construction or pasture improvement, unless an exemption under the Native Vegetation Regulations 2017 applies.
