Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) — VIC
RSG (also called Responsible Service of Gaming) is mandatory in Victoria for staff working in gaming areas of hotels, clubs and Crown Casino. Training is free of charge and is delivered through the Department of Justice and Community Safety; refresh every 3 years and venue operators must keep an RSG register for every gaming-area employee.
