Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) — VIC
RSA in Victoria is mandatory for licensees, managers and any staff serving liquor at on-premise / packaged / club / late-night licensees. All RSA certificate holders must complete the free RSA Refresher course every 3 years to keep the certificate current.
