Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) — ACT
RSA in the ACT is mandatory for licensees and all staff involved in the sale, supply or service of liquor at a licensed premises. Delivered via Access Canberra approved providers; the ACT requires the RSA to be refreshed every 3 years and the certificate must be a Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB021 with the ACT-specific content.
