RCG is mandatory in NSW for any person who operates, supervises or services gaming machines at a licensed venue (hotels, clubs, casino). Delivered by Liquor & Gaming NSW approved providers; competency must be refreshed every 5 years and recorded on the NSW Competency Card alongside RSA.
