QLD Vegetation Management Code (Accepted Development)
In Queensland under the Vegetation Management Act 1999, certain rural clearing is "accepted development" if you notify under an Accepted Development Vegetation Clearing Code (e.g. for fodder harvesting, thinning, encroachment, weeds). For other clearing you need a Development Approval (PMAV / category change).
