QLD Conveyancing — Restricted to Solicitors (Legal Practice Board QLD)
Form number: Practising Certificate (Solicitor)
Queensland is unusual in Australia — only solicitors with a current practising certificate from the Queensland Law Society / Legal Profession Board may perform conveyancing. There is no licensed non-lawyer conveyancer pathway in QLD. Real estate agents and others must refer conveyancing work to a solicitor.
