NSW Enduring Guardian Appointment
A NSW Enduring Guardian is the person you appoint to make personal, lifestyle and medical decisions for you if you lose decision-making capacity. It is a separate appointment from an Enduring Power of Attorney (which covers financial matters) and is governed by the Guardianship Act 1987 (NSW).
