NSW Bore Construction Licence (Works Approval)
You need a Water Supply Works Approval (commonly called a Bore Licence) before you drill, deepen or alter a bore in NSW. The driller must hold a NSW driller licence under the Water Industry Competence Framework and lodge a bore completion report after construction.
