Entry-level Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration is the first step into NSW real estate work — lets you list, show, lease and sell property under the direct supervision of a licensee in charge who holds a Class 1 licence in the same category of work being performed. Must be upgraded to a Class 2 licence within 4 years of issue (single non-renewable term).
