NSW Real Estate Agent Licence — Class 2 (Sales)
Class 2 unrestricted real estate agent licence in NSW authorises you to sell, lease, and manage property as an employee under the supervision of a class 1 licensee-in-charge. Class 2 licence holders are not allowed to open or manage a trust account, or be nominated as a licensee in charge of a business. Mandatory before listing or negotiating any property transaction in NSW.
