Notification of Change to Practice / Contact Details
All AHPRA-registered dental practitioners must notify AHPRA within 30 days of any change to their principal place of practice, residential or postal address, name (e.g. on marriage), or any change to their criminal history, health or registration status in another country. Failure to notify is itself a breach of the National Law and can attract conditions or disciplinary action.
