Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) — ACT and SA
In the ACT every food business handling unpackaged potentially hazardous food must have a Food Safety Supervisor with a current Statement of Attainment. In SA Food Safety Supervisor is recommended best-practice and is mandatory for some premises classes (notably aged care, child care and large food service operations) under SA Health Food Safety Standards 3.2.2A.
