Dental Board CPD Annual Declaration
All registered dental practitioners must complete and declare Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at annual renewal, except those holding non-practising registration, limited registration in the public interest, limited registration to sit an examination, or student registration. The Dental Board CPD standard is 60 hours over each 3-year cycle (averaging 20 hours/year) for dentists, OHTs, hygienists, therapists and prosthetists, with at least 80% in your scope of practice and minimum scientific (clinical) content. Mandatory declaration at renewal; spot-audited each year.
