Declared Pest / Weed Reporting (Notifiable)
Landholders have a legal duty to control declared pests (wild dogs, foxes, rabbits, feral pigs, deer) and declared weeds (Weeds of National Significance such as serrated tussock, parthenium, blackberry) and to report new incursions of notifiable species. Each state operates a different declaration list under their biosecurity legislation.
