Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) Agreement
A DAP is the rent-style alternative to a RAD — instead of a lump sum, you pay a daily fee calculated by applying the MPIR to the room price. Useful if you do not want to sell the family home or tie up capital. You can switch from DAP to RAD at any time.
