Dad and Partner Pay Claim

Dad and Partner Pay no longer exists — it was combined into Parental Leave Pay from 1 July 2023 (claims closed 30 June 2024). Partners now share a single Parental Leave Pay entitlement, which has increased to 130 days for a child born or adopted from 1 July 2026 (up to 24 weeks/120 days for a child born or adopted from 1 July 2025), paid at the National Minimum Wage and can be split between both parents.
