Coffee Roaster Training (Industry / Non-Licensed)
Coffee roasting is not a licensed trade in Australia — there is no statutory qualification, but the SCA Roasting Pathway and roaster-specific manufacturer training (Probat, Loring, Diedrich, Giesen) are the industry-recognised credentials. The food safety side does require Food Safety Supervisor under state food law for the production premises.
