Child Support — Objection to a Decision

If you disagree with a Services Australia child support decision — assessment or change of assessment (care percentage decisions are raised by phoning the Child Support general enquiry line) — you can lodge a formal Objection within 28 days. An officer not previously involved in your case reviews the decision and either confirms, varies or sets it aside.
