Child Support — Complaint about Services Australia
A complaint is different to an objection — use a complaint when you are unhappy with the way Services Australia handled your child support case (e.g. delays, rude staff, lost documents, incorrect process), not the legal decision itself. Complaints can be made online, by phone, or to the Commonwealth Ombudsman if Services Australia does not resolve it.
