The ACT licenses builders under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004. Three classes — Builder Class A (unrestricted, all building classes), Class B (residential up to 3 storeys, Class 1-2 / Class 4-10 buildings), Class C (single-dwelling residential up to 2 storeys).
