A Basic Scaffolding (SB) High Risk Work Licence covers modular / prefabricated scaffolds, cantilevered materials hoists with a maximum working load of 500 kilograms, ropes, gin wheels, safety nets and static lines, and bracket scaffolds (tank and formwork) up to a height where the working platform is less than 4 m above the ground. Issued under the harmonised national HRWL scheme.
