Form number: Bankruptcy Notice
A formal demand issued by AFSA, on a creditor's application, requiring a debtor to pay a final court judgment debt within 21 days. Failure to comply is an "act of bankruptcy" allowing the creditor to file a Creditor's Petition to make the debtor bankrupt. Minimum judgment debt is $10,000 (2025-26).
