Approved Manager / Licensee — Liquor Venue (Per State)
An Approved Manager (also called nominated person, nominee or licensee certificate) is required at every licensed premises in Australia — the named person responsible for the on-shift conduct of liquor sales, RSA compliance and incident management. Each state has its own course and approval process; common to all is a probity check, mandatory advanced training and a current RSA.
