Application to Vary or Lift Conditions / Undertakings on Registration

Dental practitioners with conditions, undertakings or notations on their registration (imposed by the Dental Board, a tribunal or as a result of an earlier notification or impairment) can apply at any time to have them varied or removed once they have demonstrated compliance over the required period. The application is determined by the Dental Board based on supervisor reports, audit evidence and the original reasons for the conditions.
