Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission — Make a Complaint

The federal regulator for all Commonwealth-funded aged care: aged care homes (residential care), Support at Home, the Commonwealth Home Support Program, transition care, the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program and the Multipurpose Services Program. Raising a concern is free, and it can be done by the older person, family, friends, carers, supporters, aged care workers, volunteers or health professionals. You can give feedback (you tell the Commission but aren't involved in how it's handled) or make a complaint (you're involved in the resolution process).
