NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) Complaint
The NSW HCCC handles complaints about any health service provider in NSW — public hospitals, private hospitals, GPs, specialists, dentists, allied health and unregistered practitioners. The HCCC can investigate, prosecute and refer matters to AHPRA or NCAT.
