ACMA Amateur Repeater Apparatus Licence
An Amateur Repeater Licence is an ACMA apparatus licence (not a class licence) issued to a club or trustee to operate a fixed amateur repeater on a coordinated frequency. The repeater takes a 70cm / 2m / 23cm input signal and re-transmits it on an output frequency, extending range for handheld and mobile operators.
