TIO Complaint (Consumer)

If you have a complaint with your phone, mobile or internet provider that they have not resolved within 10 working days, you can lodge a free TIO complaint. The TIO can direct the provider to fix the problem, refund money, release you from a contract or pay compensation up to $100,000.
