Tertiary Concession ID Card (by State)
Most states issue a tertiary student transport concession card so full-time university or TAFE students can travel at half-fare. Naming differs (PTCC in VIC, Tertiary SmartRider in WA, Tertiary go card in QLD), but full-time enrolment in an approved Australian institution is the common requirement — in NSW you must also live in NSW and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
