Superannuation Splitting — Splitting Order or Splitting Agreement
Super is matrimonial property and can be split between separating couples. Done either by Consent Orders, Court Orders, or a Superannuation Agreement (within a BFA). Splitting moves a balance from one spouse's super to the other's — it does NOT release cash before retirement age.
