Spousal Maintenance Application — Family Court
Spousal maintenance is income support paid by one spouse to the other after separation. Available where one spouse cannot adequately support themselves (kids in care, disability, retraining) AND the other has the capacity to pay. It is separate from child support and from property settlement.
