RACGP Fellowship Support Program (FSP) — formerly the Practice Experience Pathway
The Fellowship Support Program (FSP) is the RACGP pathway that replaced the Practice Experience Pathway (PEP) — the old PEP page no longer exists. It is a self-funded rural education and training program for doctors working toward Fellowship outside the AGPT program, including IMGs and non-vocationally-registered (non-VR) doctors. Registrars work under supervision in accredited training practices, with self-directed in-practice learning and workplace-based assessments (WBAs).
