Queensland issues a separate Real Estate Auctioneer Licence under the Property Occupations Act 2014 — a Real Estate Agent Licence alone does not authorise calling auctions in QLD. Auctioneers must hold both qualifications and renew them on the same 1 or 3-year cycle.
