QLD Letters of Administration (No Will)
In Queensland, when there is no Will the next-of-kin applies to the Supreme Court of Queensland for Letters of Administration on Intestacy. The Public Trustee can apply if no family member steps up. Distribution follows Succession Act 1981 (QLD) Part 3.
