QLD Bus Operator Accreditation
Form number: F2768 (for renewals) or F3208 (for amendments)
In Queensland, every operator of a bus, coach, limousine, taxi, school bus or community bus needs Operator Accreditation under the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994. The Passenger Transport Branch within TMR administers accreditation.
